Terms

We reserve the right to charge (at the standard tuition rate) for time beyond the norm required for lesson preparation and/or student feedback or marking. This will be agreed prior to the lesson or course of tuition. 

A 10% discount will be given for any block booking of 10 or more lessons made and paid for in advance.

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a session.

Cancellation after that time is chargeable at the normal rate

For couples wishing to learn together, one student is charged at the normal rate and the 2nd student is charged at £10 per hour.

The total charge is invoiced to the nominated student who is responsible for payment

If tuition is not at our premises or by Online, mileage is charged at 45p per mile. If travel time equals or exceeds 15 minutes in either direction, it may be charged at half the normal tuition rate.
